The recent launch of the Eat in Colour concept and subsequent trade and press interest suggests we’ve hit a nerve. It is always difficult to convince companies of the need to work proactively together, but we believe the entire supply chain will benefit from the Eat in Colour campaign.

Last week’s freshinfo poll showed 71 per cent unequivocal support for the concept, with 24 per cent in the maybe or don’t know categories, reflecting the industry’s interest. The purpose of the adjacent questions and answers is to publicly respond to the most frequently asked questions.

We would urge you to contact the FPC and confirm your support. Don’t sit on the fence and assume others will do it for you.
