An international citrus congress is set to take place during next year’s FIFA World Cup as the industry looks to capitalise on its location in Cape Town.
The 2010 South African Citrus Growers' Association event will take place on July 8-9, 2010 - during the football tournament.
The event, taking place at the Bays Hotel in Cape Town, will be chaired by the Fresh Produce Exporters Forum chief executive Stuart Sympington.
