Israel’s Hishtil Nursery has added chocolate mint to its fresh herb line-up.
Hishtil experts who developed the product say it is ideal for addition to fresh salads, as well as hot and cold drinks or conserves.
The new herb can be planted in the garden or in a sun-facing pot. Trade sources in Tel Aviv believe that exports of the new product will most likely commence next season.
