Chile was hit by a second earthquake today, this time registering 7.2 magnitude on the Richter scale and striking Santiago and major fruit port Valparaiso.
The central zone of Chile was hit at 11.39am this morning and reports out of the country record that it was felt strongly in Santiago and its surrounding areas, as well as Valparaiso, home of a major fruit port.
