Jack Buck Growers is gearing up for a summer campaign to promote its celeriac and chicory.
The group said it will be carrying out a number of promotions in supermarkets, and has signed up Rachel Green, Yorkshire Television’s Flying Cook, to travel the country cooking up the vegetables throughout the summer.
Green has also compiled a new batch of recipes for Jack Buck Growers this season which will be published later in the year.
