CCFRA has announced a range of events for the 2004 calendar.
The supplier quality assurance event takes place February 9-10. This two-day event enables delegates to develop and administer supplier quality assurance and supplier audit regimes suitable for the company.
This is followed on February 12 with the pest control awareness workshop, which is designed to provide you with the information required to get value for money from your pest control contractor.
A seminar on DNA techniques for food authenticity and traceability is scheduled for April 1. With a growing need for fast and accurate results from food analysis an understanding of the principles involved is essential.
