Delegates at this year’s Re:fresh Conference, held at the London Marriott on May 11, were shown a series of videos containing the opinions of 26 industry leaders, from five sectors.
The interviews were filmed in February and March and covered five sectors - Production, Suppliers, Wholesale, Retail and Foodservice. They were an integral part of the five, three-pronged sessions of the conference, which gave each of the sectors equal billing, continuing the Re:fresh objective of providing a fully integrated event for the entire supply chain.
The DVDs are now available from freshinfo store, as part of a £299 package that also includes Fresh Thinking - Insights into the Present and Future State of the UK Fresh Produce Industry, the report published by Grant Thornton, in association with the Re:fresh Partnership.
