Two leading North-West England fresh produce catering suppliers, Oliver Kay and Cooper Produce, have signed a two-year contract to supply caterer Charlton House Catering Ltd with both prepared and unprepared vegetables, fruit and salad products.

The two suppliers, which have worked together on such contracts for more than two years, will provide the established caterer with a full range of fresh produce, including leafy salad mixes, root vegetables, fresh-cut fruit and fruit juices.

Both based in Bolton, the firms view this as a significant account and say it represents a welcome addition to both the widening portfolios of each business.

“We are very pleased to be associated with Charlton House Catering and to be supplying a number of their northern accounts, which include BMW and BUPA,” said Sarah Cooper of Coopers Produce.
