The Capespan promotional team was out in force last week at Around the World in 80 Countries, a week-long multicultural food and entertainment event in the Chequers Shopping Centre, Maidstone. The Cape marquee was decorated with Cape and South African flags and offered shoppers red and white seedless grape samples, lychees and Flamingo plums. Lychees in particular were a hit with many consumers admitting they enjoyed the fruit which they had often seen in store but had never tried.
