British cauliflower supplies are running short, with imported produce making strong money.
Dutch caulis are making £1.20-£1.40 a head into packers, against the normal 50p a head.
Southern England Farms owner and director Greville Richards said: “Supplies of cauliflowers and broccoli in Cornwall and broccoli in Scotland are very good but Lincolnshire is suffering from the dry weather on all crops.”
