Food certification body Product Authentication International has teamed up with SA Cert to provide a complete package of organic authenticity and food safety assessment.
'In addition to the very high standards required under organic regulations, retailers are increasingly asking for proof of BRC certification,' said David Pearce, md at SA Cert. 'It is a natural progression for our team of expert inspectors to offer this service.' The new service will be launched at Food & Drink Expo 2002 at Birmingham's NEC on March 18.
