Bomfords Group administrator Deloitte Birmingham has sold most of the remaining business of the West Midlands fresh produce supplier in two separate deals concluded at 5am today.
Bomfords’ growing business has been sold to G’s while its packing business has gone to Wealmoor. Both for undisclosed sums.
The JJ Barker and Bailey's businesses are not included in the deals.
