Black Garlic has won two new listings at Tesco and at Waitrose.
Launched in 2009, the brand has been targeting support from chefs, cooks and food writers. This endorsement is helping to provide the backbone to a nationwide awareness and education campaign to show how different it is from white garlic with hints of balsamic and molasses flavours and also how versatile it is.
Black Garlic will be in 120 Waitrose stores from 27 June and went into 874 Tesco stores from the 11 June. Prices start at £1.49.
