Nobert Dentressangle has completed the acquisition of Belgian logistics company Nova Natie.

Nova Natie, which specialises in temperature-controlled warehousing and cargo freight activities, reported a turnover of €40 million last year.

The firm's 250 employees operate from 120,000m² of warehousing space and with 95 per cent of Nova Natie's business carried out via the Port of Antwerp, Nobert believes the acquisition will help boost annual revenues to €120 million for the Belgian side of the business.

Following the acquisition, Norbert Dentressangle now operates 230,000 m² of warehousing and a fleet of 200 vehicles throughout the country.
