The company has recently supplied mango, ginger and banana purées to a smoothie manufacturer.
"We are working with drink companies on a range of new products that seek to use the range of flavours we produce from our fine purées," said md Edward Gough.
Beacon's range of fruit purées also includes: pineapple, peach, apricot, pear, apple, strawberry , passion fruit, orange, grapefruit, lime and lemon.
