The European Sandwich Show will take place on February 25 and 26, 2004 at Palais des Congres, Paris.
The show, now in its fifth year, has a total of 165 exhibitors and organisers DEW events are delighted at how next year's event is shaping up. Show director David Wilkins said: “We in the UK take the lunchtime sandwich for granted but the market is growing around seven to eight per cent annually in France alone.”
Visitors will be able to listen to the latest developments from industry leaders during the conference programme and be the first to hear the findings from an annual industry research project commissioned by the show on the development of the sandwich and snack market in the UK.
