Anglia Business Solutions will be hosting a LINKFresh Roadshow where delegates can explore how modern information technology (IT) can help businesses in the food supply chain to maximise efficiency, minimise waste, increase profitability and improve traceability.

Anglia has teamed up with The University of Lincoln to hold the event at the National Centre for Food Manufacturing, based at the university’s Holbeach Campus on 24 March.

Mike Dudbridge, principal lecturer at the National Centre for Food Manufacturing, is a guest speaker at the road show. He has more than 30 years’ experience of working within the food industry and will share his unique insights into best operating practices with the audience. Delegates will also have the opportunity for a tour of the National Centre for Food Manufacturing.

There will be the opportunity to hear from Microsoft on the latest news and trends from the ERP marketplace to gain further insight on the Microsoft Dynamics. Delegates can see why the food and transport industry is attracted by the flexibility of the Dynamics NAV platform by providing the business agility needed to compete in this sector.

In addition, delegates will see how a state-of-the-art, real-time, ERP system can greatly improve visibility of product throughout the entire supply chain.
