G’s Fresh Salads managing director Daniel Cross is relocating to the US to head up the company’s beetroot business Love Beets.
Cross, who has been with G’s for almost 20 years, will be replaced by Andy Laing as new commercial director of G’s Fresh.
Cross will lead the Love Beets brand from the US as it enters a new stage of growth following recent investments in facilities and US production capacity over the last 18 months.
Laing has been with G's for five years, most recently working as commercial director of G’s Chilled Convenience Foods.
He was brought into the business to develop G’s within the fresh cut market. Prior to joining the company, Laing held a number of senior roles at Kettle Produce over a 20-year period.
