The discounter is making meal planning easier for customers with refreshed recipe hub
Aldi has stepped up support for cost-conscious customers with its refreshed meal planner hub.
The supermarket’s meal planner page will now provide an array of inspiration for breakfast, lunch and dinner to help make it easier for customers to plan their weekly meals. All the recipes come with a simple list of ingredients that are available at Aldi.
With Meat-Free Mondays featuring a Sri Lankan-style curried cauliflower dish and Fakeaway Fridays offering a healthy vegetable korma, there are plenty of options for those looking for affordable meals.
Britain’s fourth largest supermarket will be updating the hub on a regular basis to provide customers with a wide variety of meals, alongside seasonal recipe inspiration, to try throughout the year.
The move comes after Aldi launched its budgeting advice hub, Amazing Savings, last year to help customers by providing hints, tips and hacks during the cost-of-living crisis.
Richard Thornton, communications director at Aldi UK, said: “We know that the cost-of-living crisis continues to be a challenge for shoppers across the UK and that’s why we are more committed than ever to offering the lowest possible prices, while also doing whatever we can to support our customers.
“The aim of the meal plan hub is to provide customers with inspiration, while also ensuring that they can enjoy a varied and healthy diet, all at an affordable price.”
Aldi also recently introduced its ‘Best of British’ section to its website in a bid to help shoppers support British businesses.
