The fellowship was awarded on July 16 and a citation given by Professor Fergus Lowe who led research at Bangor which showed how to boost produce consumption among children. 'Thanks greatly to [Henderson's] efforts, governments in Wales, England, Scotland, Northern and southern Ireland are all now involved in an enterprise that could transform the health of millions,' said Lowe at the Bangor ceremony.
