Fruit marketing desk Norman Collett has hired Sam Jarvis from Chingford fruit and former Finlay's employee Lizzie Mallet.
Jarvis will use her experience to focus on developing retail accounts as national account manager.
Mallet takes up the role of technical manager and will concentrate on working closely with growers and retail partners to develop new lines and ensure high standards of quality.
