Lavelle, pictured, is highly experienced in fresh produce both in the UK and internationally with extensive marketing and general management experience in the food industry.

He has held senior management positions in Unilever, South African Breweries, Rentokil Initial, his own trading company, Trans-Action SA and latterly as a member of the Food Industry Management Group at Imperial College at Wye.
