Waitrose’s 190 stores are to be revamped in a £6 million project this summer, according to The Times.

The initiative, starting next week, will see stores re-branded with new fixtures, displays and signs, at a rate of around 30 branches a week.

Waitrose stores in London’s Marylebone and Finchley have been trialled under the new project, which is meant to give customers more details about their food.
