Really Garlicky has added a smoked variety to its garlic range, sold thorough the E H Booths supermarkets.
Available to buy as single bulbs, Really Garlicky’s Smoked Garlic is described as having a sweet, smoky flavour, making it an ideal addition at the end of a recipe without the need for further cooking.
“Smoking brings s new depth of flavour to our already sweet garlic,” says Gill Allingham, the cordon bleu-trained cook who develops Really Garlicky’s new products.
The Really Garlicky Company now supplies 300 independent outlets throughout the UK as well as 36 Selected Scottish Tesco stores and 90 Waitrose stores.
