The store is taking delivery of 70 Ford Transit 350 long wheel-base vans which are equipped with three compartments – ambient, chilled and frozen and will be used exclusively for Tesco.com its online home shopping delivery service.
The new vans supplement the 200 Transits it took delivery of two years ago.
