There is still a chance to book a stand at this year’s Hotelympia. The event, which attracted more than 46,000 people in 2006, is the UK’s largest foodservice and hospitality exhibition and is a must for businesses in the catering industry. Held at ExCeL London from February 17 to 21, the event will showcase a wide range of new, cutting edge products and innovations, providing a uniquely social and dynamic environment.

The exhibition will include more than 1,000 exhibitors including New Covent Garden Market, Compass, Mars Foodservice, Nestle, McCain Foods and Delice de France.
