The Bramley Campaign is on the look-out for the best contributions to its cause in the run-up to the 15th Brammy Awards.
There are three industry awards - Best Bramley Retailer, Best Manufacturer of a Bramley Product, and Best Bramley Foodservice Company - in the 2008 event. The judges will also make awards the best Media Chef and Food Writer.
The winning retailer will be recognised for its in-store support of fresh Bramley apples, the top manufacturer will have produced a high-quality innovative Bramley apple product or products, and the honour for best foodservice company will be based on excellent and consistent use of Bramley apples within a number of dishes.
Nominations can be made at BramleyTrade.co.uk. The deadline for entries is May 9.
