Fresh produce recruitment consultancy Eden Search & Select has taken on three new team members, following “a significant uplift in revenue” over the last year.
Darren Houghton, Sarah Metcalfe and Elizabeth Cox have joined founder David Macauley and his long-term associate Roger Latham as the company continues to see year-on-year growth.
The business, founded in 2010, has also recently launched a new website which features team profiles and customer case studies.
Managing director David Macaulay said the company has grown exceptionally quickly but in a highly sustainable way. “The last few years have been a real whirlwind. When I set up the business, I knew there was an opportunity to build something unique – offering agribusiness, fresh produce and food and drink companies a more palatable approach to recruitment – focused on people not numbers.
“Clients like the way we work, which is evident by the repeat business we get from some of the biggest names in the sector. It’s been a great three years and we’re excited about the future of the business and the opportunities that lie ahead.”
Eden Search & Select’s clients include Innocent Drinks, Vitacress and Produce World. The company handles executive head-hunting briefs for the UK as well as further afield in Azerbaijan, Russia and East Africa.
