Paddy and Tom Randell of RW Randell & Sons have won potato supplier MBM Produce’s Glenthorn Grower of the Year award.

The Randells are based at Skeyton in Norfolk where they grow processing potatoes for MBM. They won this year’s award for their customer response, professionalism, efficiency and quality of crops grown as well as loyalty to MBM.

They were presented with a tankard in commemoration of the accolade at the annual Glenthorn Growers dinner in Kings Lynn on March 31. Other guests included more than 100 growers, customers and employees and £1,700 was raised for East Anglian Children’s Hospices during the evening.
