Following on from its involvement in National Gut week promotions Jack Buck Growers, is launching a longer-term digital marketing campaign for chicory.
The company has designed an e-newsletter, complete with recipes by TV chef Rachel Green, and photography by Michael Powell, which it will distribute to 10,000 people with listed email addresses in the Home Counties.
Simon Howard, marketing controller at Jack Buck Growers said: “We want to reach the end-user. This will be an exciting monthly communication - for August, it's summery ideas, for September it's back to school so we're getting children involved in cooking, and October is Halloween.
“We want people to understand how we can serve them better, while also
encouraging them to use chicory in novel ways.”
