The specialist culinary producer has seen rising interest from retailers and from the catering trade and it now supplies more than 320 outlets across the UK.

Rosemarie Chandler, who has developed the enterprise with her husband John, said: 'The growth in sales is really exciting and reflects an increasing interest in more imaginative cooking.' The business started 12 years ago on the family farm at Riddlesworth on the Norfolk/Suffolk border and now has an established reputation. Within an hour of being harvested, each variety is air-dried to retain essential oils and aroma.
