Supplier of gift boxes and speciality packaging for the drink and flower industries, BoxMart has launched a new website which will mean faster, better and larger discounts for BoxMart customers. This launch coincides with the Midlands-based firm introducing a new discount structure for online ordering, where customers will receive up to 10 per cent discount by placing their orders online.

The redesign has involved introducing leading-edge navigation and accessibility features. The website will become more user friendly as the redesign will mean less scrolling, less key clicks to add products to the basket and larger product images. The website will also feature a new “pick a lid, pick a base” style gift box display that will allow customers to experiment with colour combinations.

As well as improved images, a new “Product Gallery” has been introduced to display the boxes dressed with products, to give visitors to the site a better feel for the product in use.

“The new website’s backend processing has been streamlined with full order management capabilities; full stock holding and management and a much improved customer management interface - all geared to improved usability and ultimately providing a better service for our customers,” said BoxMart md Joanne Offord. “We have also invested heavily to ensure that, in addition to all the new features, online ordering security is the very best it can be.”
