A previous employee of Paxman Diesels, McDonald brings an extensive range of worldwide service experience to the company and is focused on prioritising the customer. He understands the pressure that customers are under when their equipment lets them down and the necessary actions that have to be taken to meet customers’ demands. “The aim is to exceed customer expectations,” he said.
