Scottish company Really Garlicky has launched a new addition to its range into independent retailers and Booths this week called Smoked Garlic. Available to buy as single bulbs, Really Garlicky’s Smoked Garlic is hot smoked for a sweet smokey flavour and can be eaten raw, as well as cooked.
Gilli Allingham, a cordon bleu trained cook, who develops new products and recipe ideas for the company, said: “Hot smoked garlic is a delicious new addition to our range. Smoking brings a new depth of flavour to our already sweet garlic.”
Really Garlicky was now supplies 300 independent outlets throughout the UK as well as 36 selected Scottish Tesco stores and 90 Waitrose stores. Over the next few weeks the company will be exhibiting at local events such as Nairn Show, Black Isle Show, Moy Game Fair and Turriff Show.
