Dundee-based Spar distributor and retailer C J Lang & Son Ltd is in negotiations to acquire 10 new convenience stores.
CJ Lang hopes to acquire their the stores, which are located in Dundee and Fife, in the next few weeks.
In a short statement, CJ Lang said: “Both parties are working towards concluding a deal by the end of April, 2011.
“CJ Lang’s estate of wholly-owned Spar stores would increase to 105 following the purchase.”
