Margaret Mountford

Margaret Mountford has been unveiled as the chair of the panel debate at the 2015 City Food Lecture.

The popular food industry debate takes place at London's Guildhall on 10 February, with PepsiCo boss Richard Evans giving the lecture on the subject 'the responsibility of the food industry for improving the nation's health'.

Evans' speech is followed by a panel debate, which this year will be chaired by Mountford, best known for her appearances on the BBC's The Apprentice.

The rest of the panel is made up of Steve Rowe, executive director for food at M&S; professor of nutrition Susan Jebb; and sustainable restaurateur Arthur Potts Dawson. Audience members will get their chance to put questions to the panel.

The invitation-only event is run by the City livery companies and attracts over 600 senior food industry guests every year.
