A further four Safeway stores are set to be sold off to Asda, Morrisons has announced.
Three of the stores are on the list of those the retailer is required to sell to comply the rulings by the Office of Fair Trading from last December.
The three stores are located in Shrewsbury, Abbey Park in Coventry and Burton on Trent.
Morrisons has decided to sell an additional store at Kingsthorpe in Northampton although it was not on the OFT list.
