Campden and Chorley Food Research Association Group (CCFRA) has released a hygiene methods manual for the food and drink industry.

Prepared by a committee of food-hygiene specialists, the Manual of hygiene methods for the food and drink industry sets out 29 detailed protocols in order to standardise safety testing methods implemented in the industry.

The CCFRA guide not only provides companies with practical tips to ensure that their hygiene-testing methods are accurate, but also with advice on how to improve analysis and control of the causes of food and drink contamination.
