Marks & Spencer has put its former Baker Street headquarter on the market with a £110 million price tag according to media reports.

The Times reported the retailer had already received more than 20 expressions of interest, a dozen of which have been identified as serious.

Some of those interested include property tycoon George Ronson, US property developers Hines, and British Land.

M&S moved the last of its staff from Baker Street to its new Paddington headquarters in the last few weeks.
