Fresh Talent Recruitment has bolstered its staff count with the appointment of James Lane as agricultural recruitment manager.
Lane, who has an agricultural engineering degree from Writtle College, will be working predominantly on agricultural, agronomy and machinery roles for the business. Has has previously worked in machinery, marketing and journalism.
'My experience in the agricultural sector over the past 15 years will hold me in great stead for understanding a business’ needs and the skills it requires of its employees, matching these to candidates who are looking to further their careers with the right employer,' said Lane.

Lane, who is married to a dental practice manager, lists his hobbies as skiing, hockey and DIY.
