On show: lamb's lettuce

Lamb’s Lettuce from the Loire Valley will be present at this year’s Restaurant Show and Restaurant Live, held in Olympia.

Samples of the lettuce along with information will be available from a stand in the fresh market section of the show, and visitors will get the chance to match Lamb’s Lettuce to wine and other drinks at the adjacent Food and Drink match stand.

Running from September 19-21, the show attracts more than 300 exhibitors and 13,000 visitors and is targeted at the professionals in the food and drink industry such as chefs, restaurant owners and catering suppliers.

The marketing stands are part of French Lamb’s Lettuce Marketing Committee’s strategy to target the restaurant trade, which has been key to its development in recent years.
