Cold technology company JD Cooling Group are expanding into the South East England with the opening of a new regional office.
The tech firm, who work with fresh produce suppliers like Greenvale and Albert Bartlett, have added produce storage technology specialists James Tumber and Tudor Petcu to their team, working from the new site.
According to JD Cooling Tumber and Petcu “will bring their comprehensive knowledge and experience in ripening room technologies, cold storage and controlled atmosphere rooms to further strengthen JD Cooling Group’s all-round services to an already well established and expanding client base”.
Over the last few years Tudor Multi Services has been working closely with JD Cooling Group on a number of projects. Through this collaboration, the company added it was “a natural move to join forces” to deliver better services to clients within the South East with the backup of a countrywide engineering network and vast technical resources.
JD Cooling won ACR Contractor of Year in January at the National ACR and Heat Pump Awards, having grown into a £20million company, since their founding by John Dye in 2000.
The company now employs around 90 people across five regional offices in Lynn, Scotland, Manchester, Bristol and the South East.
