Nominations have been opened for an award to recognise influential and innovative citrus growers throughout the industry in Florida.
Florida Grower magazine’s Citrus Achievement Award, now in its ninth year also recognises service and dedication.
Jim Black, marketing manager at Chemtura Crop Protection, said: “The strength of the Florida citrus industry is due to the dedication, service and hard work of many committed professionals.

The winner will be honoured at the 2009 Citrus Mutual Conference being held June 24-26, 2009 in Bonita Springs, Florida. The deadline for nominations is March 15th.
