Fiddleford Mushrooms has made two senior appointments following considerable expansion.
Tim Wigram and Keith Brown are now fully responsible for all commercial and operational activities at Fiddleford Mushrooms following extensive development of the firm’s production facilities during 2008 and 2010.
Wigram takes on the role of commercial manager following experience at two of the industry’s biggest players - G’s Marketing and Southern England Farms (SEF).
Wigram, who has worked in fresh produce for more than 14 years, worked his way up to become commercial director for onions and garlic at G’s before holding the position of commercial manager at SEF.
Keith Brown, who joined the company earlier in the year, is now general manager at the mushroom business. He has held a directorship in a major packaging PLC and was most recently operations manager for a large US-owned rigid plastics manufacturer supplying food packaging on major retailers.
