CCFRA has published proceedings from two of its conferences.

Hot Topics in Microbiology has become a successful annual event, which intends to help food industry personnel identify the latest developments and issues in microbiology.

The 2003 event covered developments with key food micro-organisms, predictive modelling and microbiological methods of detection.

Meanwhile, Food Security provided an opportunity for an industry discussion of this issue and its relevance to food businesses. It focused on the threats posed by malicious contamination, how they should be viewed and what precautions can be taken to circumvent potential problems.
