Steve Phillips has been appointed financial controller at Lincolnshire-based pot plant supplier the Butters Group, as part of the company’s current re-structuring process.
Phillips previously worked in financial planning for the £1 billion a year global engineering group FKI plc, but also has previous experience in FMCG companies with Geest, Perkins Foods and Tinsley Foods.
Phillips said he is “looking forward to the challenges ahead in a change environment at Butters Group”.
