Seed breeder Bejo Zaden will be holding its open days in the Netherlands from September 23 to 27. Visitors are welcome to the demonstration field at Trambaan 1, in Warmenhuizen, between 9am and 5pm daily, with the exception of Saturday when the facility closes at 4pm.

Every year, thousands of visitors from all over the world attend Bejo’s open days. This year, visitors will be able to see Bejo’s world assortment of vegetables varieties and an extensive machinery show.

The trial fields include a diverse range of varieties and crops and a complete organic assortment on the organic field. Visitors will be able to experience guided tours through seed cleaning, processing and storage facilities; soil preparation, sowing, planting and harvesting; irrigation and crop treatment; and cutting, processing and packaging.

The open days will also feature a ‘Carrots around the world’ presentation, and a team of Bejo advisors will be available to assist visitors throughout the days.
