Fresh produce logistics expert British Airways World Cargo has resumed full operations across its global network following the recent industrial action.
Disruption was caused by unofficial industrial action by Gate Gourmet employees and some ground staff at Heathrow and resulted in the cancellation of all British Airways passenger flights from Heathrow Airport.
BA World Cargo's freighter programme continued operating normally. However, a temporary embargo was placed on freight being sent into Heathrow from BA passenger services for the period of the strike.
BA World Cargo has now cleared any cargo backlogs caused by the disruption and was able to resume a partial services on Saturday 13 August with full service resuming on Sunday 14 August.
