Wim Gerritsen, ceo and chairman of the executive board at the Aviko Group, is to retire in March.
The position will be taken by Martin van de Ven, ceo of fruit processor SVZ.
Gerritsen, 60, has worked at the potato processor for 37 years, as commercial manager since 1985 and as ceo since 2000.
He will support van de Ven as a consultant until September.
