Asda is making sure Santa’s reindeers do not go hungry this Christmas, with children being given carrots to take home for Rudolph and his chums on Christmas Eve.
On December 23, specially grown carrots from suppliers Fenmarc Produce Ltd and Poskitt’s Carrots will be given out to children in stores across the country.
Spokeswoman Mary Ling said: “These carrots have been grown especially large for the Reindeer. They are a great little treat to get children to leave out on Christmas Eve for Santa Claus and Rudolph!”
